Capital Providers
Capital Providers wishing to finance IECA PACE projects must complete and submit a capital provider registration executed PACE Capital Provider Agreement, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and logo file. Once your institution is approved, information about your firm and designated point of contact will be displayed on the IECA PACE program website.

Lien Holders
Applicants are required to obtain consent from lenders possessing property-secured liens/mortages prior to closing PACE financing using the form below.
Professionals
Contractors, Installers, Energy Assessors and other professionals involved in a PACE project must register with the IECA and upon completion of a PACE project must complete a Certificate of Completion once the installation of qualifying measures has been performed at the subject property.
